New G (G for generation ) is New TV's most prominent youth based magazine style program. Airing on New TV on Fridays and Wednesdays at 6.30 pm it aims to deliver an hour of television that is both entertaining and informative. The program is comprised of a number of short segments, such as music, technology and entertainment news, obviously tailored to younger audience. Currently entering its fourth year New G has amassed over 250 episodes and has opted to continuing broadcasting bi-weekly as opposed to tri-weekly in earlier 2005.

Each week New G is broadcast live on Friday (repeated early Saturday morning) with Wednesdays episode being recorded live-to-tape in the hours before Fridays feature broadcast.
