صدر عن الجيش الإسرائيلي بيان زعم فيه بأن قواته استهدفت، منذ ساعات الصباح، ثلاثة عناصر من حزب الله في مناطق متفرقة من جنوب لبنان.
أعلنت قيادة الجيش أن تفتيشًا دقيقًا لمبنى في بلدة يانوح، تم بالتنسيق مع لجنة الإشراف على اتفاق وقف الأعمال العدائية وقوة الأمم المتحدة المؤقتة في لبنان – اليونيفيل، لم يُظهر وجود أي أسلحة أو ذخائر داخل المبنى.
