رأى مراقبون دستوريون أن ما حصل في ملف قانون استقلالية القضاء لا يجوز أن يمرّ مرور الكرام، فكيف يُعقل أن يُقرّ المجلس النيابي قانوناً بهذه الحساسية ثم يُردّ بالإجماع من قبل المجلس الدستوري؟ أليس في ذلك مؤشر خطير على خلل في صناعة التشريع؟
